    • Clients are required to arrive at the studio 10 minutes before their scheduled booking to ensure the appointment starts on time.

    • Failure to arrive on time may result in a cancellation if the client is more than 15 minutes late.

  • Late Arrival and Cancellations:

    • If you are late or need to cancel, please use one of the following methods:

      • Follow the steps in your confirmation email to cancel or manage your booking.

      • Search for ‘Fresha’ or ‘Claire Andrea’ to manage your booking.

      • Call directly on 0434 536 872.

    • We do not accept cancellations via text message, Instagram, or other informal means.

  • Hair Preparation Guidelines:

    • Down Style:

      • For thick/difficult hair, it is recommended that hair be left unwashed for one day prior to the booking.

      • For a sleek shine, clients are encouraged to straighten their hair before their booking.

      • Please arrive with your hair down or in a ponytail. Avoid messy buns on the day of your appointment.

      • Hair must be completely dry upon arrival.

      • If you have permanent hair extensions, please inform your artist prior to your booking.

      • For additional volume or length, we recommend clip-in extensions over permanent ones for the best results.

    • Straightened Style:

      • For a sleek/soft finish, clients should wash their hair either the night before or on the day of the appointment, depending on personal preference.

      • Hair must be dry when you arrive.

    • Upstyle:

      • Please arrive with freshly washed, dry hair.

      • Ensure that you have selected the appropriate hair length at the time of booking to allow for proper time allocation.

      • Thick/long hair requires additional time, and failure to account for this may affect subsequent appointments. An adjustment fee of $10 per 10 minutes will be applied to any selected hairstyle for thick/long hair.

  • Payment and Cancellation Policy:

      • All clients are required to enter card details at the time of booking.

      • No-shows will be charged 100% of the service fee.

      • Late cancellations (under 48 hours' notice) will be charged 50% of the service fee.

    • Cancellation Policy:

      • Clients can cancel for free up to 48 hours before the booking.

      • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment will incur a 50% charge of the service price.

      • Failure to show up will result in a 100% charge of the service price.
